About the role

As a Software Engineer you could work with bleeding edge technology as you build innovative fintech products that change the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve developing core versions of software applications, identifying client requirements and technical specifications, interacting with engineering groups and training clients on applications.

About the team

Our team is composed of talented Software Developers & Quality Engineers who work collaboratively to deliver high-quality software solutions that support key banking and financial operations. We focus on building scalable, secure, and efficient systems that meet the evolving needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.

What you will be doing

Designing, developing, and maintaining features for a high-performance payment processing application.
Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, while performing testing and debugging activities.
Interacting with product managers and users to define requirements and modifications.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
Leading technical discussions and supporting the growth of less experienced developers.

What you will need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Java, Angular & Oracle.
Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles and standards.
Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket)
Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Bonus if you have

Experience with Cloud Native Technologies.
