About the Role
As a Sales Executive for Treasury Solutions, you will drive new business across mid‑market corporate clients in Sweden, helping finance and treasury teams modernize their operations. You’ll represent market‑leading treasury technology and play a key role in expanding FIS’s presence across the Nordic region.
This is a hunter role focused on acquiring new logos, navigating complex sales cycles, and influencing senior financial decision‑makers.

What You Will Be Doing
- Identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities within mid‑market corporates across Sweden.
- Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Building strong relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, and senior stakeholders
- Collaborating with pre‑sales, product, and marketing teams to tailor treasury solutions (e.g., cash management, liquidity, payments, risk).
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the corporate‑treasury landscape, including trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.
- Representing FIS at client meetings, industry events, and treasury conferences.
- Providing accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
What You Will Need
- Experience in B2B software or fintech sales, ideally selling treasury, payments, or finance solutions to corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of corporate treasury processes
- Demonstrated success navigating complex sales cycles and influencing senior decision‑makers (CFO, CIO, COO, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
Added Bonus If You Have
- Experience selling SaaS‑based solutions.
- Familiarity with FIS treasury products (e.g., Quantum, Integrity)
- Understanding of Nordic corporate‑finance and payments ecosystems.
- A strong network within Sweden’s mid‑market corporate segment.
