About the role:

This senior pre-sales professional plays an integral role across the sales cycle, applying deep product and industry expertise to support the commercial team in uncovering prospect requirements, mapping functional gaps and designing the best-fit solution and services package focused on PROFILE Core Banking for banks in Latin America.

You will act as a solution specialist for the PROFILE core banking platform, positioning its differentiators—online, continuous real-time processing; high configurability; a Product Factory that accelerates time-to-market; scalable, multi-currency architecture; and a 360° customer-centric view—through presentations, demonstrations and technical RFP/RFI responses.


What you will be doing:

  • Discovery & qualification: support sales representatives in gathering and structuring functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Demonstrations & value storytelling: build and deliver PROFILE demos and presentations highlighting real-time processing, the Product Factory and scalability.

  • RFP/RFI ownership: lead technical responses; craft functional proposals and integration solutions aligned to local markets.

  • Gap mapping & solution design: identify gaps and propose workarounds/configurations via Product Factory or integrations (APIs, events, cloud).

  • Proofs of Concept (PoC) & technical orchestration: plan environments, data and use cases; coordinate product/engineering teams.

  • Competition & GTM: support PROFILE positioning and differentiators within Banking go-to-market initiatives.

  • Offer governance: feed product roadmaps with market insights and regulatory trends across LATAM.


What you will need:

  • Experience: 10-20 years in core banking pre-sales or functional/technical consulting.

  • Functional expertise: deposits & lending products, current accounts, banking solutions.

  • Technology & integration: APIs/REST, event-driven (Kafka), online/batch integration, modernization/cloud (OpenShift/AWS/Azure).

  • Languages: fluent Portuguese and Spanish; advanced English.

  • Soft skills: customer orientation, storytelling, leading technical workstreams, translating requirements into value propositions and architecture.


Added bonus if you have:

  • Hands-on experience with complex RFPs for banks and finance institutions across LATAM.

  • Knowledge of other Cores Solutions (Systematics, Temenos, Matera, Autbank, etc) and partner ecosystem.

  • Practice with DevOps/CI-CD in demo/PoC scenarios and sizing/hardware requirements for core solutions.

  • Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil Hybrid model 2-3 times per week at Office site, with availability for regional travel and occasional international travel (events, workshops, executive briefings).
