What you will be doing:

• Applying expertise in machine learning and data mining to implement analytics solutions that enhance Sales performance
• Developing and deploy Agentic AI use cases (e.g., account intelligence agents, personalized outreach agents, lead nurture agents)
• Building predictive models to identify trends, optimize lead prioritization, and measure performance of Sales initiatives
• Conducting advanced statistical analysis and present findings as clear, actionable recommendations to Sales leaders
• Creating and maintaining interactive data visualizations (Power BI or equivalent) to communicate insights effectively.
• Contributing to best practices in MLOps and cloud-based deployment (Azure preferred)

Programming & Data

• Python – 3+ years of experience
• SQL – 3+ years of experience
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook – 3+ years of experience

Machine Learning & AI

• Machine Learning Algorithms & Techniques – 3+ years of experience
• Statistical Analysis & Data Mining – 3+ years
• Deep Learning Algorithms & Techniques – 3+ years of experience
• Pytorch & Tensorflow working experience – 3+ years of experience
• Agentic AI Development (e.g., account intelligence agents, personalized outreach agents) – 2 years
• Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning) – 2 years

Nice to have Skill Set:

Cloud & MLOps

• Cloud Platform – 2+ years
• MLOps Pipelines (CI/CD, model automation & deployment) – 2+ years
