About the Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive new business for the FIS AML‑KYC Lifecycle Manager across the UK and Europe. You will engage leading banks, payment providers, fintechs, asset managers, and other regulated institutions to help them transform their compliance operations through automation and intelligent workflow management.
This is a senior, consultative sales role requiring deep market knowledge, solution-led selling capability, and the ability to influence executive‑level stakeholders within complex organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for AML/KYC workflow automation solutions across the UK and European financial markets.
- Acquire new clients across banking, payments, fintech, wealth & asset management, and other regulated segments.
- Manage a high‑quality sales pipeline, from initial prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and contract closure.
- Engage senior compliance, risk, AML, onboarding, and technology leaders to understand their operational challenges and regulatory pressures.
- Position FIS AML‑KYC Lifecycle Manager as a transformative solution for due diligence automation, customer lifecycle management, and regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with product, pre‑sales, and delivery teams to create tailored demos, solution designs, and proposals.
- Stay up‑to‑date on emerging regulations (FCA, PRA, EU AMLA, FATF guidance, ESG‑linked requirements, cross‑border KYC standards, etc.).
- Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and reporting, ensuring clear visibility of pipeline and performance metrics.
- Represent FIS at industry events, roundtables, and client forums to strengthen market presence and build relationships.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record in financial technology sales, ideally within AML, KYC, customer onboarding, case management, or compliance workflow solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial crime regulations, compliance frameworks, and due diligence processes.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
- Established network within the UK and European financial services market.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
