About the role:
As an Associate Product Manager, you will work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into clear product requirements. You’ll support backlog management, assist in defining product features, and collaborate closely with Engineering and cross‑functional teams. In this role, you’ll help guide product delivery, support issue triage, and ensure releases meet customer expectations.

About the team:
As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll be part of a collaborative product organization that partners with Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, and client‑facing teams. The team focuses on understanding client needs, defining product direction, and ensuring smooth delivery of platform features. You’ll join a group that values clear communication, structured processes, and teamwork to drive meaningful product outcomes. Your work as a Product Manager will directly support the team’s mission of delivering high‑quality solutions.

About the FIS SCF:

At FIS SCF our vision is to transform the supply chain finance market with a platform that enables banks and corporates to easily transact anywhere in the world. The FIS SCF Platform provides the flexibility and scalability banks and financial institutions need to deliver the full range of supply chain finance solutions to their corporate clients.

What you will be doing:

• You will gather client and stakeholder requirements, ensuring they are clearly documented and prioritized for development.

• You will prepare product documentation such as Business Requirements Documents and user acceptance testing scenarios.

• You will collaborate with Engineering to review design decisions, support solution development, and validate that features meet requirements.

• You will assist in product marketing activities, including sharing updates with internal teams and contributing to launch materials.

• As a Product Manager, you will help triage incidents, diagnose issues, and work with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.

What you will need:

• Experience working in a product‑focused role or similar environment involving requirement gathering and documentation.

• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to understand needs and manage expectations.

• Strong organizational skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering.

• Experience supporting testing activities such as user acceptance testing or validating functional requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to structured delivery processes.

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience working in Supply Chain Finance or Working Capital Finance

• Experience working in financial technology

• Experience working with financial institutions
