About the Team
Managed Security Services is a combination of multiple teams each serving a specific security requirement for our customers, this role specifically focuses on an entry level analyst who can join our team of security engineers to assist in delivering the security services we offer to our customers,
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Monitor and manage Service Now queues for all customer tickets raised.
- Resolve tickets in a timely manner and follow standard incident and change management practices.
- The work responsibilities can range from generating simple reports based on customer requests or incident reviews for security breaches and work with appropriate stakeholders to assist and liaison for resolution efforts.
- Follow escalation matrix and work with appropriate stakeholders to identify and route the issues that are not in scope for the team.
- Your timely response is critical to our customer satisfaction and the quality of our service delivered and hence
What you will need:
- 0 - 2 years’ experience in working in IT services organization
- Shift time – 24x7 Rotational (US Business Hours)
- Should have experience talking to business representatives or any other such stakeholders preferably in a customer facing environment.
- Basic understanding of Information security concepts, specifically Data Loss Prevention and Endpoint security
- Basic understanding of security controls, Network Protocols, Operating System, Windows Active Directory, windows system administration
- Strong communication since this is client-facing role, team skills, and documentation abilities.
- Education - bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Added bonus if you have:
- Understanding or exposure to any security solutions like proxy management and Endpoint DLP
- Experience working in a client facing environment or exposure to customer communication.
- CompTIA N+, A+, Security+, CySA+
