About the role:

The role is responsible for managing client deliveries globally, work with clients to document requirements, design, develop, and deliver client customizations. The role requires for client support across multiple time zones and assisting clients during ACBS installations in UAT/Production environments over the weekends.

• Data processing volumes require more than a billion transactions to be processed on any given product and that requires employing the latest technology stack and best of monitoring tools.

What you will be doing:

This position is for Analyst – Project Management. And You will be responsible for handling the PMO activities related to project setup / forecasting and tracking / generating reports / L1 support on Power BI dashboards / data and trend analysis / testing the tools build by automation team and training and supporting stake holders in implementing the tools / Add-Hoc PMO activities

What you will need:

• Bachelors degree in computer engineering or equivalent
• Min 3-7 years of experience on PMO activities / Project Management Support activities
• May be required to work in US Time Zone . At-least an overlap which balances India and US
• Good experience in tracking and reporting project budgets, forecasts and spend , resource allocations in PlanView
• Coordinate activities among team members, internal departments (technical and nontechnical), and client
• Assisting business in Forecasting IDSW , managing timesheets, invoices, and budgets
• Assisting PM’s in allocation of work of project team, providing direction and support
• Creation of Project status reports and participate in status calls
• Strong experience in PMO / Project Management Supporting activities.
• Strong skills in Excel / SQL / PlanView/ TFS
• Ability to discuss project risks, issues, concerns with clients, business unit and get it resolved.
• Manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
• Work as individual contributor and as part of a global team
