About the team:

Cortex EMEA Professional services team handling multiple clients. It provides solutions across the industry that cater to retail transactions processing across world.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct various types of research and analysis to support business operations of an internal business segment, division, group or line of
• business.
• Assist management in resolving business issues in an effective and productive manner. Design, document and re-engineer
• business processes and publish business metrics results.
• Wide-ranging experience using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in
• creative and effective ways.
• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own

area of expertise.

What you will need:

• 10+ Years BA with Banking switch experience ( IST switch/ Cortex or any other switch) is mandate
• Should have experience in functional consulting roles
• Good to have experience in Unix C, Shell script and SQL server
• Willing to work at Greece work timing
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, e.g., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
• Knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry , e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma
• Knowledge of banking practices, regulations and operations within assigned line(s) of business
• In-depth understanding of design patterns and their application
• Fluency in developing and understanding sequence diagrams, class models, etc.
• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributor
• A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
