We are looking for a professional responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations and coordinating facility and operational activities in a corporate environment. This role combines hands-on office management with project coordination, vendor cooperation, process improvement, and cost awareness. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys operational ownership while working in a structured, process-driven environment.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring smooth and safe office operations
- Coordinating facility services and external vendors
- Supporting office-related projects and space changes in line with H&S standards
- Supporting operational and project budgets and cost control
- Improving administrative processes and preparing management reports
- Cooperating with business and technical teams across multiple locations
What you bring:
- Experience in facilities, administration, or operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Process-oriented and analytical mindset
- Very good command of English (daily communication in an international environment)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Corporate environment experience is a plus
