Senior Director of Engineering, Customer Communications Management Platform

About the Team:

The new Enterprise Platform portfolio delivers foundational technology capabilities that power secure, scalable, and innovative experiences across the organization using best-in-class tooling and standards. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform, centralizing and personalizing outbound communications across all channels.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the enterprise CCM platform, aligning with business, marketing, and customer service goals.
  • Manage omnichannel delivery of high-volume communications (email, SMS, push, direct mail, in-app).
  • Lead technical implementation of personalization, content management, and regulatory compliance (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Oversee platform integration with CRM, marketing automation, and data warehouses.
  • Ensure operational excellence and vendor management for platform reliability and deliverability.

What you bring:

  • Leadership experience with enterprise-grade CCM platforms (Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, Messagepoint).
  • Expertise in high-volume, multi-channel communication delivery in regulated industries.
  • Technical knowledge of communication channels, deliverability, and compliance.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Strong background in data integration for personalized communications

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or other related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
