Join the 2026 FIS University Summer Internship Program!

As a 2026 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 1, 2026, and conclude on August 7, 2026.

About The Team

Join the Corporate Strategy team, which supports senior leaders in setting the company’s long‑term direction and investment priorities. The team works across capital planning, enterprise product strategy, and data and artificial intelligence initiatives to evaluate growth opportunities and improve business performance. As a Strategy & Planning Intern, you will partner with strategy leaders and cross‑functional teams to analyze complex business questions and help shape strategic decisions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support strategic planning initiatives across capital allocation, product strategy, and data & AI investments

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate growth opportunities, financial performance, and competitive positioning

  • Build structured materials (presentations, summaries, models) to support leadership decision‑making

  • Research trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to financial services

  • Collaborate with teams across finance, product, technology, and operations on enterprise‑level initiatives

  • Assist in synthesizing complex information into clear, concise insights for senior stakeholders and our board of directors

What You Bring

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study

  • Rising Senior (graduating December 2026 through May 2027)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
