What you will be doing

• Overview: We are seeking a skilled COBOL Developer with strong experience in Micro Focus COBOL, and Oracle SQL. The ideal candidate will have a background in both development and troubleshooting. This role requires hands-on technical skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset. Good to have exposure to FIS Compass and understanding of life insurance (group or individual).
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications using Micro Focus COBOL.
• Write and optimize SQL queries (preferably for Oracle databases).

What you bring:

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong working experience with Micro Focus COBOL (development and troubleshooting).
• Proficiency in Database/ DB2
• Should be willing to work 5.30pm – 2.30am regularly (Permanent WFH)
