About the Role

As a Sourcing Analyst – Supplier Management, you will be a developing professional individual contributor within the Supplier Management and Procurement team.

This role focuses on ensuring effective supplier engagement, operational procurement activities, and risk‑aware execution across third‑party relationships, with a particular focus on Third Party Labor (TPL). Working within a structured and policy‑driven environment, partnering closely with procurement, legal, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely supplier and purchasing outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive effective supplier engagement to support operational excellence, service reliability, and value realization across the enterprise
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against contractual, financial, and service-level commitments, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support risk mitigation activities by ensuring supplier adherence to FIS policies, contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and internal governance frameworks
  • Contribute to enterprise initiatives related to supplier diversity, sustainability, and regulatory compliance, aligning supplier practices with FIS strategic priorities
  • Provide clear, timely, and data-driven insights on supplier performance, risks, and issue resolution to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Business teams to address supplier-related challenges and support sourcing and contracting activities.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity, documentation accuracy, and reporting discipline to enable effective governance and decision-making
  • Support process optimization and standardization initiatives across supplier management and procurement operations to enhance efficiency and control
  • Apply established policies, controls, and best practices while exercising sound judgment and maintaining a strong risk and compliance mindset
  • Perform additional responsibilities aligned to business and operational priorities as required

What You Bring

  • Experience in supplier management, supplier operations, Third Party Labor (TPL), or a related analytical or operational role within a large or regulated enterprise environment
  • Working knowledge of third-party management, consulting services, rate structures, worker classification, and SOW-based purchasing controls
  • Understanding of supplier performance, risk management, compliance, and workforce governance principles
  • Ability to execute purchasing transactions including requisition review, PO creation and management, rate validation, and documentation control in alignment with policy and category guardrails
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with attention to detail across purchasing data, worker records, and spend tracking
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle), Vendor Management Systems (e.g. Beeline), and procurement platforms, coupled with strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including category management, sourcing, HR, finance, legal, and business partners
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to interpret and explain procurement documentation, SOW elements, policies, and controls
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent labor requests in a fast-paced environment
