About The Team:
Valdi is a suite of global multi-asset trading solutions for listed equities, derivatives and fixed income instruments that provides access to trading venues around the world.
The Client Support team is the primary liaison, building relationships with customers and supporting their requests and incidents on all Valdi solutions.
We are currently looking for a Product Technical Support Analyst II to join our team in Tunisia.
What You Will Be Doing :
As a key member of our client-facing support team, you will play a vital role in assisting our prominent clients globally.
Positioned at the forefront of our client support operations, your primary responsibility will be to acknowledge, assess, and address a wide range of client inquiries and issues submitted through various channels, including email, phone, and our ticketing system.
Your role extends beyond simply responding to concerns—you will actively work to identify solutions for both functional and technical challenges, ensuring each issue is managed efficiently from initial contact through to full resolution. This will involve troubleshooting and debugging applications across both front-end and back-end platforms, utilizing a diverse array of technologies and tools.
Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will coordinate resources across departments and maintain close communication with clients at every level, building strong relationships and fostering satisfaction.
In addition, you’ll work alongside Operations, Client Services Managers and various development and support teams, gaining comprehensive knowledge of our products and their configurations to deliver the highest quality service to our clients.
What You Bring :
Good technical diagnostic, analytic and problem-solving skills
Understanding of Client / Server Application model and API concept.
Linux, Shell scripting & Network understanding such as FTP, SSH, TCP/IP
High communication skills in English (Written and verbal) – Mandatory
Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work effectively within local and distributed teams
The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, providing timely and accurate solutions to numerous clients’ needs
Shift work required including weekend and public holidays
Added Bonus If You Have :
Service management knowledge (ITIL v3/v4, PMP)
Capital Markets and Trading platforms experience
Process automation and AI initiatives enthusiasm
