About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Europe, with a focus on new logo acquisition across the Nordics and Southern Europe. This role is responsible for originating, shaping, and closing complex asset finance technology deals, working closely with senior stakeholders and internal solution teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new business development efforts, identifying and qualifying growth opportunities.
  • Drive new logo acquisition across the Nordics and Southern Europe.
  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned to market demand.
  • Build strong relationships with senior banking and asset finance decision-makers.
  • Position FIS Asset Finance solutions as a strategic platform for digital transformation.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting via CRM.
  • Promote the full capabilities of FIS Asset Finance solutions, including automation, compliance, and business intelligence tools.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record in enterprise fintech or asset finance solution sales.
  • Strong understanding of asset finance operating models, including banks and alternative lenders.
  • Experience selling into Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-suite and executive-level engagement.
  • A consultative, relationship-led approach with strong negotiation capability.
