About the team
Global Business Support department supports international business by driving consistent risk management, operational excellence, and compliance with internal policies and applicable financial crime regulations. We are looking to recruit an Analysts for a team that will be supporting the oversight operating model for outsourced tasks to Delegated Entities including Account Opening and Account Maintenance, Transaction Processing, Payment Management and Money Movement, Customer Service, Shareholder Mailings, and AML & CTF Activities.
What you will be doing:
You will support end‑to‑end oversight of outsourcing arrangements, including pre‑outsourcing activities and ongoing monitoring. Your responsibilities will include:
Outsourcing Oversight & Governance:
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly oversight of activities carried out by Outsourced Service Providers (OSPs).
- Review and analyze reports and documentation provided by OSPs.
- Organize and facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly review calls; document meeting minutes.
- Conduct annual outsourcing assessments, critical/important assessments, and risk assessments for all providers.
- Maintain and regularly update oversight procedures, SLA reviews, and operating memos.
- Ensure the maintenance and regular review of Exit Plans,
Due Diligence Activities:
- Support Due Diligence processes for external providers and coordinate DD activities for internal FIS teams (external providers handled by FIS; internal providers by Virtus).
- Review and assess Due Diligence questionnaires, including on‑site visits or virtual meetings.
- Coordinate and monitor BCP tests with OSPs.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management:
- Oversee Non‑TA OSPs, including SLA/KPI reviews and regular meetings.
- Prepare and deliver oversight reporting to Authorized Management and the Board.
- Track, review, and communicate new or pending regulations, agency guidelines, or directives, ensuring impacted business lines are informed and aligned on priorities.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or equivalent education or experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of at least one compliance area (e.g., banking regulations, AML, anti‑corruption).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical, legal, and regulatory materials.
- Ability to apply learned concepts in practical scenarios and work under tight deadlines.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to support compliance monitoring activities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and awareness of how information impacts others.
