Experienced (relevant combo of work and education)As a Presales Consultant for Digital One Commercial (D1C), you will play a key role in supporting sales engagements with banks and financial institutions looking to modernise their commercial digital banking and cash management capabilities. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Solution teams to understand client needs, position D1C effectively, and help customers envision how Digital One Commercial can transform their business banking offerings
What You'll Be Doing:
Partner with sales teams throughout the presales cycle for Digital One Commercial opportunities
Engage banks to understand their commercial banking, cash management, and payments requirements

Present and position Digital One Commercial as a solution for:
Business online and mobile banking
Cash management and treasury services
Payments initiation, approvals, and reporting for business customers
Support RFIs/RFPs and client presentations, tailoring messaging to business and operational stakeholders
Act as a bridge between clients, sales, and product teams by feeding back market and customer insights
Provide market, industry, and competitive insights to support the positioning of Digital One Commercial in presales engagements
Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings relevant to commercial digital banking, cash management, and payments
Develop presales enablement and training materials to support internal teams’ understanding of Digital One Commercial capabilities and use cases
Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing and training sessions to educate sales and cross‑functional teams on industry‑specific nuances and evolving client expectations
What You'll Need:
Experience in presales, solution consulting, or client‑facing advisory roles within banking or financial services
Strong understanding of commercial banking or cash management workflows
Ability to communicate complex solutions in clear, business‑focused language
Comfort working with multiple stakeholders across sales, product, and client teams
