About the Role:

As an Analyst Sr Lead, Business Systems Analysis, you shape and optimize complex business processes through advanced technology solutions—driving major digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be a senior leader for a new cross-functional program focused on digital AI experiences, helping define system requirements, design intelligent workflows, and guide implementation of next-generation AI-enabled capabilities. You will operate with significant autonomy, leading large projects, partnering with business and technology stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of digital, data, and AI-powered enhancements at scale. Experience with AI, automation, or machine-learning–enabled systems is considered a strong asset.

What you will be doing:

  • Apply expertise in business systems to identify, prioritize, and deliver innovative technology solutions—including AI-driven digital experience enhancements.

  • Lead end-to-end analysis activities for a major new initiative focused on digital and AI-enabled customer and employee experiences.

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement system and workflow enhancements to support scalability, automation, and intelligent process design.

  • Analyze complex data to extract insights and translate them into actionable business and technical requirements.

  • Document, align, and translate business requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Ensure systems and processes comply with regulatory, industry, and organizational standards.

  • Manage major project deliverables and testing activities to ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations.

  • Act as a senior liaison across business partners, engineering teams, data/AI groups, and executive leadership.

  • Support change management efforts and providing leadership during system rollouts.

  • Continuously assess digital and operational efficiency; propose AI-enabled enhancements to drive innovation.

What you will need:

  • 10+ years of related work experience in business systems analysis or similar roles.

  • Mastery of business systems analysis, process optimization, and data-driven solution design.

  • Proven capability leading large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and structuring complex data into actionable insights.

  • Advanced understanding of system architecture, integration points, and workflow automation.

  • Knowledge of financial services, regulatory expectations, and secure system design.

  • Ability to influence decisions and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

  • Experience across full SDLC, including requirements, testing, and deployment.

  • University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or skills-based mastery preferred.

Added Bonus if you have :

  • Experience with AI technologies, intelligent automation, conversational AI, ML-enabled workflows, or digital transformation.

  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar.

  • Experience with enterprise technology platforms (ERP, CRM, workflow automation, analytics tools).

  • Background in regulatory, compliance, or financial-services environments.

  • Cloud solution exposure and advanced data visualization skills.
