This role supports key Human Resources (HR) operational processes, contributing to overall operational efficiency and acting as an integral part of the HR function. The incumbent will assist in executing day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
What You Will Be Doing
• Support end-to-end HR operational processes to ensure smooth execution and service delivery
• Support FIS Global colleagues with HR enquiries and deliver high level client experience
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities in the back end
• Execute day-to-day HR operational tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, procedures, and process guidelines
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in line with data accuracy standards
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support HR transactions and operational requirements
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations
• Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements to support global HR operations
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in case management tools (ServiceNow preferably) and in Client support.
• Prior experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR administration preferred
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as required by the business
• Proficiency with HR systems (ServiceNow, Workday preferred) and MS Office applications
• Basic understanding of AI tools and openness to learn AI technology needed to perform operational activities.
