About the role:

As an Analyst Lead, Business Systems Analysis, you will support a portfolio of global clients by combining business analysis, technical support, and client-facing consulting. You will act as a key technical escalation point, ensure SLA adherence, and contribute to revenue-generating initiatives through solution design and delivery.

What you will be doing:

  • Serve as primary technical escalation and L2 support contact for assigned clients.

  • Maintain strong understanding of client systems, configurations, and business processes.

  • Resolve incidents, consult on system functionality, and provide best-practice recommendations.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support solution sign-off.

  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities and support simple projects or enhancements.

  • Participate in release management, PCI audits, and internal initiatives.

  • Maintain client documentation and support Service Desk SLAs.

  • Join on-call rotation and provide occasional 24x7 first-line support.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.

  • Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience in business or systems analysis, preferably within financial services or payments.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with APIs and real-time integrations; Postman or similar tools are a plus.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly way.

  • Experience working with ServiceNow and Jira in an L2 or client support environment.

  • Exposure to high-priority incident management and on-call support rotations.

  • Applies company policies and procedures to moderately complex issues and exercises sound judgment.

  • Builds strong internal and external working relationships.

  • Demonstrates growing bankcard and payments domain knowledge.

  • Exposure to code and database analysis across distributed or mainframe platforms (e.g. SQL, Java, COBOL) is a plus.

  • Availability to work partially aligned with US hours (Poland: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

  • Very good to advanced English (C1–C2).

  • ITIL, PMP, or similar certification is an advantage.
