About the Team:

As an Analyst Lead, Testing, you will not only ensure the highest quality of our fintech products but also drive AI-augmented quality engineering, enabling faster, smarter, and more reliable delivery.

This role blends deep QA expertise with modern platform skills and AI-assisted productivity — empowering teams to work efficiently in a cloud‑native, automation-first environment.

What you will be doing:

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and best practices

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Project Managers to ensure testing deliverables are completed within agreed timelines

• Manage and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders

• Lead and participate in defect triage meetings, ensuring timely resolution and closure

• Mentor and support junior team members, promoting skill development and quality ownership

• Drive automation testing improvements and enhancements across test suites

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance manual and automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, datasets, and other test tooling

• Execute functional and automated testing for end‑to‑end payment systems

• Communicate testing progress, risks, and outcomes clearly through written and verbal reporting

• Plan and manage daily testing activities, ensuring effective prioritization and execution

• Organize, maintain, and govern the test script and test asset repository

• Perform additional testing‑related duties as assigned

• Log clear, accurate, and detailed defects in Jira

What you bring:

• 4–7 years of professional experience in QA / Software Testing

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on automation testing experience across UI and API test cases

• Strong familiarity with API testing tools like Bruno and Rest Assured, and frameworks such as BDD/TDD.

• Experience with Cucumber and BDD-driven automation scripting Selenium

• Proficiency in UI automation tools like Selenium (Java), Protractor, or Cypress

• Strong ability to debug automated test failures and identify root causes

• Experience with source control systems (Git, SVN)

• Proficiency in Jira for defect and test tracking

• Experience designing test cases and test plans with an automation‑first mindset

• Ability to provide testing effort estimates and input for planning activities

• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps, including:

  • Navigating automation pipelines

  • Investigating and resolving automation build failures

• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve issues and conflicts effectively

• Ability to troubleshoot issues using application logs

• Working knowledge of databases, with experience executing SELECT queries

  • Oracle, PostgreSQL
