Business Systems Analysis Analyst II

About the role:

As a Business Systems Analysis Analyst II, you will provide business and technical support to assigned clients, acting as a key point of contact for services, change requests and escalations. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure SLA adherence, and support revenue‑generating initiatives.

What you will be doing:

  • Act as the primary technical contact for assigned clients

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

  • Support solution design, demos and change requests of low to medium complexity

  • Coordinate releases, incidents and client activities in line with SLAs

  • Maintain accurate client system and environment documentation

  • Support audits, internal initiatives and small to medium projects

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

  • Typically 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services software

  • Experience in analysis, programming and issue resolution

  • Knowledge of card payments, transaction processing and client systems

  • Good English skills (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with PRIME Licensing, Oracle PL/SQL, C/C++ or .NET technologies

  • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments

  • ITIL and/or PMP certification
