Business Systems Analysis Analyst II
About the role:
As a Business Systems Analysis Analyst II, you will provide business and technical support to assigned clients, acting as a key point of contact for services, change requests and escalations. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure SLA adherence, and support revenue‑generating initiatives.
What you will be doing:
Act as the primary technical contact for assigned clients
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Support solution design, demos and change requests of low to medium complexity
Coordinate releases, incidents and client activities in line with SLAs
Maintain accurate client system and environment documentation
Support audits, internal initiatives and small to medium projects
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Typically 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services software
Experience in analysis, programming and issue resolution
Knowledge of card payments, transaction processing and client systems
Good English skills (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
Experience with PRIME Licensing, Oracle PL/SQL, C/C++ or .NET technologies
Knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments
ITIL and/or PMP certification
