This role focuses on remittance processing and routine production operations, including monitoring workflows, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. Work follows established procedures with clearly defined resolution paths. As experience is gained, responsibilities may expand to include increased ownership of process execution and mentoring opportunities.
Schedule
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Schedule may include any day of the week
Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
What You Will Be Doing
Support day‑to‑day production and remittance processing activities.
Monitor production workflows and ensure work is processed accurately and on time.
Perform routine, repetitive tasks following standard procedures.
Complete basic reporting and documentation related to production activities.
Identify and escalate standard issues using clearly defined resolution paths.
Perform basic troubleshooting under close supervision.
Process remittance items using remittance processing machines and related equipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
Follow security, quality, and compliance standards at all times.
Support continuous improvement through consistent execution of processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required.
