About the team

The Asia EMEA Business Support Team sits within the wider Global Business Support Group and provides Project Management, Business Analysis and Subject Matter Expertise across the BPS Transfer Agency Function to both internal and external clients.

In your role as a Project Manager, BPS Client Service & Support responsibilities will include:

  • Leading end‑to‑end client projects and implementations within the BPAS Transfer Agency function, from initiation through delivery and closure
  • Owning the full project lifecycle, including definition of scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies and deliverables
  • Creating, maintaining and executing detailed project plans, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and according to agreed quality standards
  • Coordinating cross‑functional project teams, including internal departments, external clients and vendors/subcontractors
  • Managing vendor and subcontractor activities, tracking deliverables and ensuring alignment with overall project objectives
  • Acting as the primary project point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and driving issue resolution
  • Monitoring project progress and risks, proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation plans
  • Preparing and delivering regular project status reports, steering committees updates and client communications
  • Facilitating project governance, including status calls, planning sessions and project reviews with clients and internal teams
  • Ensuring operational readiness and smooth handover from implementation to BAU
  • Supporting problem investigation and resolution, including recreating client issues in test environments when required
  • Continuously improving project delivery, applying lessons learned, best practices and process improvements

What you bring:

  • a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience

  • proven ability to manage complex projects in a client‑facing environment

  • the ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner
