About the Team

The CI/CD team is responsible for supporting and operating enterprise-scale continuous integration and continuous delivery platforms used by engineering teams across the organization. We manage and support tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes-based build infrastructure, and related DevOps tooling to ensure high availability, performance, and developer productivity.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide operational support for CI/CD platforms including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures, build issues, deployment problems, and infrastructure-related incidents.

• Act as a primary point of contact for internal customers, providing timely and effective support.

• Monitor CI/CD systems for health, performance, and reliability; proactively identify and mitigate issues.

• Support Kubernetes-based CI/CD workloads and assist with debugging containerized build and deployment issues.

• Collaborate with development, platform, and security teams to implement fixes and improvements.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and contribute to permanent remediation.

• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

What You Bring

• 7–10 years of overall IT / DevOps / Platform Engineering experience.

• Hands-on experience supporting CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native environments.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across build systems, pipelines, source control, and deployment workflows.

• Experience supporting production systems in a customer-facing or operations role.

• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and repositories (GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.).

• Understanding of CI/CD concepts, pipeline design, and DevOps best practices.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on operational excellence.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience migrating CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins to GitHub Actions).

• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools.

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments.

• Scripting experience (Shell, Python, Groovy, etc.).
