About the team
FIS is seeking a seasoned Product Support Representative to support Digital business clients through internet banking, mobile banking, bill payment, and related digital products. This role supports Online Banking, Mobile, and Payment solutions within the Digital One Commercial organization.
What you will be doing
You will work in a team environment supporting FIS Digital One Commercial clients via phone, email, and the client portal. You will handle complex inquiries, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions through analysis and research. You will manage multiple issues concurrently and, at times, serve as a subject matter expert, demonstrating knowledge across multiple FIS products.
Provide in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email, and case updates.
Research and recreate client issues; identify and document application and system interactions that support business processes.
Apply interpersonal skills and product expertise to resolve daily client issues and support operational activities.
Document client issues to support product quality programs and ongoing product development.
What you bring:
5+ years of banking and/or treasury management experience
Internet Banking experience
Strong analytical skills
Organizational and time management skills
Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Added bonus if you have:
FIS core application experience
Internet Banking and/or Mobile Banking support experience
Knowledge of AI tools
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and databases
