About the Hybrid Funds Ecosystem
The FIS Hybrid Funds Ecosystem is an integrated, front‑to‑back solution designed to support alternative investment strategies that blend private equity, private credit and liquid assets. The ecosystem combines front office, middle office and back office capabilities with shared data, workflows, investor servicing and reporting—enabling managers and administrators to operate hybrid, semi‑liquid and unitized fund structures efficiently at scale.
The ecosystem supports multiple operating models, including:
- Investment managers running hybrid, semi‑liquid and closed‑end strategies
- Fund administrators servicing complex, multi‑asset fund structures
- Funds with mixed liquidity profiles across private and public markets
Role Overview
As Senior Sales Executive – Hybrid Funds Ecosystem, you will own growth for FIS’s Hybrid Funds proposition across the UK and Europe. This is a solution‑led, consultative sales role focused on selling an integrated ecosystem rather than standalone products.
You will engage senior stakeholders across front office, operations, finance and technology to position FIS as a strategic partner for hybrid fund transformation—covering trading, portfolio management, accounting, investor services, data and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net‑new and expansion revenue for the FIS Hybrid Funds Ecosystem across the UK and Europe
- Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles involving investment managers and fund administrators
- Position the value of an integrated, front‑to‑back operating model for hybrid, semi‑liquid and unitized funds
- Develop a deep understanding of client operating models across front, middle and back-office functions
- Sell across the full Hybrid Funds capability set, including:
- Private capital accounting and administration
- Portfolio and investor accounting for illiquid and liquid assets
- Investor lifecycle management, liquidity management and reporting
- Transfer agency including share classes, performance calculations and investor share registry
- Data management, reconciliation and asset servicing
- Build and manage a strong qualified pipeline aligned to regional growth targets
- Partner closely with product, solution consulting and delivery teams to shape client‑specific proposals
- Articulate ecosystem benefits including data unification, workflow automation, operational scale and regulatory readiness
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear forecast visibility

- Alternative asset managers including hedge funds
- Managers launching semi‑liquid or unitized alternative funds
- Fund administrators supporting mixed‑asset and mixed‑liquidity structures
- Firms modernising operating models across alternatives and private markets
What You’ll Bring
- Proven enterprise sales experience in financial technology or asset servicing solutions
- Strong understanding of private markets, alternatives and hybrid fund structures
- Experience selling complex, multi‑module platforms or ecosystem‑based solutions
- Ability to engage credibly with COO, CFO, Head of Operations and Technology leadership
- Demonstrated success managing long, consultative sales cycles
- Established network within UK and European alternative investment markets
- Excellent communication, discovery and value‑based selling skills
