About the Team

Role Overview
The Managed Service Analyst II works closely with clients, L2 teams, and infrastructure teams to analyze and support the Core Application (Compass) batch operations.
What You Will Do
- Provide in‑depth product and technical support to FIS clients.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve issues related to installation, operation, maintenance, and product compatibility.
- Troubleshoot software and system interactions, recommending corrective actions.
- Document client information, recurring issues, and support activities.
- Recreate and analyze client issues in test environments.
- Work collaboratively to support business processes and improve product quality.
What You Bring
- Hands‑on experience in a production support environment.
- Strong SQL and Oracle PL/SQL skills.
- Proficiency with Unix/Linux commands.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve application or system issues.
- Strong communication skills and customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work early shifts (5 AM to 2 PM).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience in banking, finance, or listed derivatives is preferred.
- Ability to manage expectations and deliver reliably.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Competency- Fluent in English. Strong collaboration, organization, and documentation skills. Self‑driven with the ability to work both independently and within a global team.
