About the role:
As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to create a feasible implementation roadmap for our best-in-class products that will define the world of fintech. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
What you will be doing:
• Prepare requirement specifications, use cases, and other requirements documentation as required
• Driving improvements in solution design, analysis and testing activities.
• Provide developers with clear and unambiguous requirements specifications to enable them to produce quality software
• Ensure consistency with, and evolution of the standard functional/technical Support practices
• Working with product management, stakeholders, peers and teams to define and prioritize the product backlog for your team.
• Incident Management
What you will need:
• Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
• Familiar with software development stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Drive, intelligence and a ‘get things done and get them done well’ attitude
• Knowledge of database concepts and middleware solutions.
• Experience in the Information Technology industry and in particular with Banking, Payments and Financial terminology
• A bachelor’s in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience.
