About the team:
Our Service Delivery team operates at the core of mission-critical financial technology, ensuring stable, secure, and high‑quality operations across payment platforms and production environments.
We lead end‑to‑end service delivery, combining operational excellence with strong governance to consistently meet service level agreements, including 24/7 availability and responsiveness.
The team is responsible for ensuring production stability, managing incidents and escalations, and safeguarding business-critical applications through robust operational controls and recovery processes.
- We work closely with clients, internal engineering teams, and IT operations to align on priorities, resolve issues effectively, and continuously improve service performance and reliability.
Our structure emphasizes strong leadership, coaching, and accountability, enabling teams to perform at pace while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
We actively drive resource optimization and cost efficiency, ensuring the right capabilities are deployed to meet evolving business and client demands.
What you will be doing
Own end-to-end service delivery for mission-critical payment operations
Accountable for the stability, security, and performance of production environments supporting financial services at scale.
Ensure consistent delivery against stringent service level commitments, including high availability and operational responsiveness.
Lead operational strategy and execution
Define and drive the service delivery strategy, aligning operational capabilities with business priorities and client expectations.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans across IT operations, resource models, and service improvement initiatives.
Provide leadership to high-performing, distributed teams
Lead, mentor, and develop managers and specialists, building a strong culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning.
Ensure effective workforce planning, capability development, and succession readiness.
Drive governance, risk management, and operational control
Establish and enforce robust operational controls, including incident management, escalation governance, and compliance with internal policies.
Ensure resilience through effective backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
Own critical incident resolution and executive-level communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring transparency, proactive communication, and confidence in service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency
Identify, prioritize, and implement operational improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
Champion initiatives in automation, standardization, and optimization across IT operations.
Collaborate across technology, product, and business leadership
Partner with senior stakeholders across IT, engineering, and business teams to define operational priorities and future direction.
Contribute to broader IT strategy and transformation initiatives.
What you bring:
Strategic Leadership & Ownership
Ability to define and execute service delivery strategy aligned to business and client priorities
Strong executive presence with decision-making under pressure and ambiguity

Deep understanding of IT production operations, service lifecycle, and control frameworks
Proven ability to run high-availability environments (24/7 operations, SLAs, performance)
Strong capability in incident, problem, and escalation management at scale Risk, Governance & Resilience
Strong risk management mindset with experience in operational controls and compliance frameworks
Expertise in business continuity, disaster recovery, and safeguarding critical systems
Ability to establish and enforce governance across distributed teams and environments
Ability to build trusted client relationships through transparency and consistent delivery
Strong communication skills tailored to executive stakeholders (internal and external)
Experience managing escalations with a focus on client confidence and outcome control
