About the Role
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will support reliability, scalability and operational excellence across critical Lending platforms. You will partner with engineering, operations and security teams to design resilient systems and automate delivery pipelines. Your work will directly improve system availability, performance and customer experience. Success is measured by reduced incidents, faster recovery and highly reliable releases.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive reliability, automation and innovation across the Lending landscape

• Design and maintain monitoring and observability for infrastructure, applications and user experience

• Build automation to improve deployment consistency, scalability and operational efficiency

• Ensure high availability, reliability and performance of production systems

• Lead incident response, root cause analysis and post-incident improvements

• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning and resource optimization

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and configuration management for reliable releases

• Partner with security teams to embed reliability and compliance best practices

• Develop and validate disaster recovery, backup and resiliency strategies

• Participate in on-call rotations to support critical production incidents

What You Will Need

• Strong experience with web-based and API-driven application architectures

• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code

• Practical experience with containerization and orchestration technologies

• Proficiency with monitoring, alerting and logging platforms

• Experience managing incidents and conducting structured post-mortems

• Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems

• Scripting and automation skills using modern programming languages

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes-based production environments

• Familiarity with multiple cloud providers and hybrid architectures

• Knowledge of security, compliance and resiliency best practices

• Experience supporting regulated Lending systems

• Exposure to service-level objectives and reliability metrics
