About the Role

You will lead Professional Services delivery for enterprise clients, focusing on .NET-based solutions and platforms. This role drives successful implementation, integration, and optimization of complex applications while ensuring client satisfaction and business value. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee delivery governance, and align outcomes with strategic customer goals. Success is measured by delivery quality, client retention, and scalable service execution.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET-based implementation and integration programs for enterprise clients
• Manage project portfolios, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
• Drive client engagement, acting as a trusted advisor on technology and delivery strategy
• Oversee solution design reviews, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures
• Guide teams in .NET frameworks, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based deployments
• Establish delivery governance, risk management, and continuous improvement processes
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align delivery with client needs
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering technical and delivery excellence
• Track KPIs, drive performance reporting, and implement corrective actions for delivery success
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security practices, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience leading Professional Services or delivery teams in enterprise technology environments
• Deep expertise in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and modern application frameworks
• Proven ability to manage large-scale implementations, integrations, and transformation programs
• Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and API-driven development
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Experience in delivery governance, risk management, and program execution methodologies
