We seek a fearless and motivated Territory Sales Representative in Houston, TX, to join our growing team. This role requires exceptional people skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to work seamlessly across departments to deliver outstanding service to our clients. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will analyze data strategically to drive growth, build relationships in the healthcare and personal injury (PI) space, and consistently exceed sales goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN:

Sales Growth & Relationship Management:

  • Own and grow your territory by identifying and closing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients

  • Confidently convey the value of our solutions, tailoring your pitch to address clients' unique needs in the healthcare and PI industries

  • Exceed sales goals by executing strategic plans, prioritizing key accounts, and targeting growth opportunities

  • Managed customer accounts and addressed any concerns or issues post-sale

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their questions, including patient-specific inquiries, are addressed promptly and accurately

  • Partner with the operations team to resolve client issues, adhere to internal processes, and leverage the proper channels to find answers

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance client satisfaction and ensure seamless delivery of services

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Analyze the provided data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and capitalize on opportunities to grow your territory strategically

  • Use insights from data to develop actionable plans and communicate them effectively to the team and leadership

Performance Metrics:

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, KPIs, and other performance metrics, demonstrating a results-driven mindset

  • Provide clear and measurable examples of how you have surpassed previous goals or metrics in past roles

Market Expertise:

  • Leverage your background in healthcare or personal injury to build credibility with clients and address industry-specific challenges

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and innovations that could impact your territory or client base

  • Drive New Client Growth and Scan Volume: Develop strategic plans for each target client to introduce our offerings with the client's evolving needs

  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with key clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals. Schedule regular check-ins, proactively communicate, and respond to inquiries quickly. Be a reliable resource and offer tailored solutions to meet their unique needs

  • Understand the Product and Market Inside Out: Develop deep knowledge of your company's products, services, and the scanning diagnostics industry

  • Increase Client Retention and Drive Client Expansion: Retain existing clients through servicing accounts and secure client growth by delivering consistent value and improving client satisfaction

  • Create strong relationships: Help navigate the intricacies of the market to establish relationships with your market manager and internal Ops team. You will also have strong relationships with clients, partners, and our Imaging Centers, which will help you grow the market

HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:

We keep our interview process short and sweet, and we’re a nimble team that can progress quickly. Here are the stages you can expect, but we might switch up the order of each step depending on team availability:

  1. Introductory call/interview with Devin, our Senior Talent Partner. The call is via telephone and will last around 30 minutes.

  2. If there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a 30-minute video call with the Market Manager. This more structured interview will deep-dive into the role.

  3. All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment, or further video calls. Length varies, but we’re mindful of your time and keep it as simple as possible.
