Our B2B platforms provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians, attorneys, and providers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN:

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will sit at the centre of performance, planning, and decision-making. You’ll help leadership understand what’s happening in the business, what’s likely to happen next, and what we should do about it.

You will work closely with teams across commercial, operations, and exec leadership to ensure that financial insights are timely, actionable, and embedded in decision-making. You’ll help build and maintain the analytical tools and reports that underpin business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking, ultimately ensuring the organisation’s economic health and long-term success. You are not just producing reports — you are influencing outcomes.

Here are some of the types of things you could be getting involved in:

  • Owning key components of the monthly rolling forecast

  • Building and improving driver-based financial models

  • Delivering sharp, structured variance analysis across revenue, margin, and opex

  • Partnering with commercial and operational leaders to improve financial performance

  • Supporting annual budgeting and long-range planning

  • Analysing unit economics and contribution margins

  • Modelling investment cases and ROI scenarios

  • Identifying risks and opportunities before they materialise in results

  • Contributing to Board and investor reporting

  • Improving reporting automation, structure, and data integrity

THE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR ARE:

  1. Own and Upgrade the Rolling Forecast: To independently own key forecast lines, improve accuracy, and ensure alignment between operational drivers and financial outcomes.

  2. Raise the Quality of Monthly Insight: Move our reporting from descriptive to diagnostic. Surface clear drivers, risks, and actions — not just numbers.

  3. Become a Trusted Partner to Senior Stakeholders: Build strong relationships across the business and influence decision-making through robust financial analysis and thoughtful challenge.

  4. Improve Model Discipline and Scalability: Strengthen model structure, documentation, and automation. Reduce manual work and improve clarity and reliability.

  5. Proactively Identify Risk and Opportunity: Develop structured scenario thinking and highlight risks early — particularly those impacting margin, growth, or cash.

WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Strong financial modelling capability and confidence-building driver-based forecasts

  • Experience delivering budgeting and rolling forecasts

  • Clear, concise communication skills — able to explain numbers to non-finance stakeholders

  • Commercial curiosity and the confidence to challenge assumptions

  • High attention to detail and strong data discipline

  • Experience in a high-growth, PE/VC-backed, or operationally complex environment

  • Most importantly, you bring ownership, intellectual honesty, and a desire to raise the bar

BENEFITS:

We go beyond the basics with our benefits package. Here’s what you can expect from us:

  • £85,000 - £95,000 annual salary

  • Statutory pension

  • Healthcare plan

  • All the equipment needed for you to do your role effectively

  • Flexible working

  • Remote or hybrid working options
