We’re, the digital health startup giving patients, clinicians and attorneys a simpler, faster way to access to diagnostics. At the heart of lies a different way of doing things: a software first mindset. It’s our mission to make medical scans accessible to all through technology.

We’re pioneering a new approach to diagnostic imaging, and are looking for someone strategic, proactive and naturally entrepreneurial to drive the execution of our B2B platform, enabling referring physicians to seamlessly order imaging for their patients.

You’ll be joining us at an exciting time - we’ve recently launched our B2B product in the USA to great success, have just raised $15m in Series A ‘Venture Capital’ funding, and are on track to grow over 500% in 2023.

We are looking for a ‘Business Development Lead’ to own our relationships with Personal Injury Attorneys.

You will be responsible and accountable for the state of Georgia, working closely with our Territory Sales Managers who own the relationships with Referring Providers.

What You Will Be Getting Involved In

As an early Business Development team member you will have an influence in the future development of the Business Development function

This role is field based in the Atalanta, GA area. You must have your own car and a clean driving licence.

As an early stages business, you can expect your role to develop over time. However, some of the types of things you could be getting involved in are:
  • Calling on Personal Injury Attorney offices
  • Meeting sales targets for sign-ups to
  • Maintaining relationships with Personal Injury Attorney and sharing feedback/insight back into the wider team
  • Building cross functional relationships with team members across US and UK
  • Playing a key role in shaping the future success of in the US.


We don't believe anyone is the finished article and therefore you might not tick all the boxes. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value that apply to this role:
  • Over 2 years experience in
  • Proven experience in a closing sales role, ideally field sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident cold caller. This role requires dropping into potential clients unannounced. You should feel confident in that element of the role.
  • Previous experience in medical sales is advantageous but not essential.
  • Previous experience or a desire to work within an early stages business where priorities change and things move fast!
  • A motivated self starter who can work autonomously is a must.


We try to keep our interview process short and as a small business we can move through the stages quickly. Due to availability there may be a change to the order of the interview process, but generally speaking this is what you can expect:
  • Introductory call/interview with Clare, our People Lead. The call is usually via telephone and will last around 30 minutes.
  • Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a video call with the hiring manager for around 45 minutes. This is a more structured interview and will deep dive into the role and technical needs.
  • Some, if not all, of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take home assessment or further video calls. Length varies, however we are mindful you will have your own work to do and therefore try to keep it as simple as possible.
  • Meet the founders and/or other team members. Again, length varies depending on how many people and whether in person or via video call.
