What You Will Be Getting Involved In
The Senior Integration Analyst role is part of the Integration team. The role reports to the Head of Integration. The role is focused on providing workflow and technical guidance about all integration activities in respective geography in which the team member resides. This role is critical to the success of all integration work efforts.

Role
As an early-stage business, you can expect your role to develop over time. However, some of the types of things you could be getting involved in are:
- Performs technical workflow scoping on all new work efforts and reports findings to internal team members.
- Actively engages in external and internal project meetings related to integration and interfacing.
- Identifies, documents, and communicates all interface requirements and potential issues continuously.
- Functions as an internal subject matter expert regarding integrations and interfacing for projects in the respective geography.
- Works closely with the Head of Integration on new interface architecture and designs, project progression, escalated support issues, and out-of-scope work efforts.
- Works closely with the global integration team to assign and track interface development tasks.
- Works with business development and engineering team members as needed to understand the project pipeline and define integration changes needed to support new product functionality and features.
- Ability to independently and accurately advise internal and external teams on radiology interface workflows according to best practices.
- Demonstrate competency in all technologies critical to interfacing with Scan.com, including HL7, DICOM, SQL, APIs, connectivity protocols and methods, and AWS.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of internal and external Scan.com interface architecture and processes and apply acquired knowledge to new projects.
- Fully supports internal business development and operations departments by handling all integration related issues, questions, and scoping of new projects.
- Strengthens the integration team by ensuring high-quality resilient integration solutions are built.

- Strong documentation skills including documenting workflow diagrams, architecture diagrams, and interface designs.
- Knowledge of and experience with healthcare IT standards including but not limited to HL7, FHIR, SNOMED, LOINC, etc…
- Experience designing and implementing healthcare IT interface workflows including uni-directional and bi-directional interfacing as well as PACS interfaces.
- Familiarity with interface connectivity methods including VPN, SFTP, and web services.
- Knowledge of and experience with SQL and relational databases as well as NoSQL databases.
- Experience with or exposure to working with healthcare IT specific applications including EHR, EMR, RIS, LIS, RIS, and PACS.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.

- Introductory call/interview with Clare, our VP of People. The call is usually via telephone (video if based in the US) and will last around 30 minutes.
- Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a video call with the hiring manager for around 45 minutes. This is a more structured interview and will deep dive into the role and technical needs.
- All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment or further video calls. Length varies, however, we are mindful that you will have your own work to do and therefore try to keep it as simple as possible.
- Meet the founders and/or other team members. Again, length varies depending on how many people and whether in person or via video call.
