What You Will Be Getting Involved In

At Scan.com, we're on a mission to simplify and accelerate access to diagnostic imaging for patients and clinicians. As an Data Integrity Specialist, you'll be crucial in upholding the quality of the information on our systems. Your primary responsibility will be to cross-reference key patient and customer data to ensure our systems are correct. You will also be expected to respond to clients on an ongoing basis.

You'll report directly to one of our key team members, who has significant experience building out our reports and client service functions.

We're seeking a resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual who shares our passion for revolutionizing the diagnostic imaging industry.

Some of the types of things you could be getting involved in are:

  • Ensuring diagnostic imaging reports match our database and records
  • Focusing on the quality of our information and ensuring 100% accuracy in the information we send out
  • Sending out reports and updates to our clients
  • Updating our clients on the status of their patient records
  • Responding ad-hoc to key client enquiries

WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Ability to comfortably navigate within MS Excel (ability to create Pivot Tables and/or conduct VLOOKUPs is a huge plus)


HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:

We try to keep our interview process short and will try to move through the stages quickly. Due to availability, there may be a change to the order of the interview process, but generally speaking, this is what you can expect:

  • Introductory call/interview with Sam, our Talent Lead. The call is usually via telephone and will last around 30 minutes
  • Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to our office for an in-person interview and a very short task to test your attention to detail
