You’ll be joining us at an exciting time - our B2B platform is expanding rapidly across insurance, medicolegal and consultant verticals, we’re now offering 10+ scan types, and working with 200+ imaging centres in the UK. With a total of $60m in VC funding raised, we’re on track to grow over 300% in 2024.

This is a hybrid role based out of our London office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN:

We are looking for a hungry, passionate and high-energy individual to join our new UK sales team. You’ll be reporting to our Head of Partnerships and will be responsible for developing partnerships with clinicians, medico legals, Insurance, Telehealth and more - helping us grow our client base and product usage.

As an early-stage business, you can expect your role to develop over time. However, some of the key things you will be getting involved in are:

  • Building a high-quality list of leads within the UK healthcare industry.
  • Creating multi-channel outreach sequences in our sales engagement tool.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including personalised emails, calls & LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the Sales team to further develop and close deals.
  • Educate potential clients about the benefits and features of Scan.com
  • Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of all outbound activities in our CRM system (Close)
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to communicate our unique value proposition effectively.

THE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR ARE:

  1. Lead Gen & Outbound Mastery: Be the go-to person on all things lead generation and outbound activities in the company (including email personalisation, cold calling, and leveraging social media) whilst having contributed significantly to the overall sales pipeline through the consistent generation of high-quality opportunities.
  2. Company/Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise: Be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of Scan.com’s features, value-add, and the market in which they are operating. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends/competitors in the diagnostic imaging market and be a trusted advisor to prospects (clinicians) by offering valuable insights and solutions.
  3. Valuable Member of the Team: Collaborating effectively with the Sales team by consistently providing well-qualified leads, ensuring smooth handovers, sharing learnings and feedback, taking accountability, and actively participating in team meetings and strategy discussions.
  4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and establish yourself as a go-to resource for healthcare professionals seeking innovative diagnostic imaging services for their practices.
  5. Be Part Of Our Product Growth: Help drive product growth through continuous feedback to internal stakeholders.

WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:

You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it's your first role or your fifth role, we believe everyone can add value and that everyone should want to learn. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and driven individual with a proactive and self-starter mindset
  • Understanding and knowledge of the health tech industry and the ability to articulate the value and benefits of a technology like Scan.com to potential clients
  • Ideally you will have familiarity with sales engagement tools and CRM systems, with the ability to effectively manage and track sales activities
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment

HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:

We try to keep our interview process short, and as a small business, we can move through the stages quickly. Due to availability, there may be a change to the order of the interview process, but generally speaking, this is what you can expect:

  1. Introductory call with Rhea Nana our People and Talent Partner. The call is usually via telephone (video if based in the US) and will last around 30 minutes.
  2. Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a video call with the hiring manager for around 45 minutes. This is a more structured interview and will deep dive into the role and technical needs.
  3. All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment or further video calls. Length varies. However, we are mindful that you will have your own work to do and therefore try to keep it as simple as possible.
  4. Meet the founders and/or other team members. Again, length varies depending on how many people and whether in person or via video call.
  5. Offer!
